Web Site Design.  Broadcasting: NFL Analyst (101 ESPN & 950KJR-Seattle), Sideline Reporter Rams Radio Network, Broadcasting Host  NFL: Vice president Player Personnel - St. Louis Rams; Director of College Scouting - Carolina Panthers; Managed both College and Pro scouting departments; responsible for evaluating all information that results in player investigation and talent evaluation; The Panthers’ drafts were among the most productive in the NFL under Softli’s supervision the Panthers built a Super Bowl team, drafting such Pro Bowl players as Julius Peppers, Steve Smith, Dan Morgan, Kris Jenkins, Jordan Gross, and others like DeAngelo Williams, Chris Gamble, Thomas Davis, Travelle Wharton, while signing starting fullback Brad Hoover and key swingman Nick Goings as a CFA, who helped the Panthers reach Super Bowl XXXVIII.  While coordinating and supervising the Rams drafts in 2007 and 2008, Softli helped acquire starters Adam Carriker, Chris Long, Donnie Avery and special team’s standouts Chris Chamberlain and David Vobora. Softli’s input helped the Rams in the 2009 draft, accruing LB James Laurinaitis and CB Bradley Fletcher in the first three rounds, and 2010 draft of QB Sam Bradford, OT Roger Saffold, TE Michael Hoomanawanui and several others with promising NFL careers.  He joined the Panthers as a 'area scout' in 1995 after four years at the University of Washington, where Tony was an undergraduate and graduate assistant coach. The Huskies won the National Championship in 1991, Pac 10 titles in 1991 and ’92, and made consecutive appearances in the Rose Bowl in 1992 and ‘93.  Softli worked in minor league football, serving as Head Coach and General Manager of Britain's Blackpool Falcons in 1990 and Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel for the Seattle Cavaliers from 1988-89.  A linebacker at Washington, Softli was a member of the Huskies team that won the 1979 Sun Bowl. Member of Walla Walla Warrioe football '77-'78. He played six seasons in minor league football with the Seattle Cavaliers from 1980-82 and Eastside Express from 1983-85.  Education: Represented Carolina Panthers at the Inaugural Stanford Executive Education NFL Programs for Managers in 2003; Earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington 1993; Newport High in Bellevue, Wa 1977
